Article 17 - Conformity and Warranty
The company guarantees that products and/or services comply with the contract, specifications contained in the offer, reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability, and legal and/or regulatory provisions in force at the time of concluding the contract.

Reporting Defects:
Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging and in new condition.
The warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty period. However, we are never responsible for the ultimate suitability of products for each individual consumer use or advice regarding use or application.
The warranty does not apply if:
- You have repaired and/or modified delivered products yourself or had them repaired/modified by a third party
- Delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or treated negligently or contrary to instructions
- Failure is due in whole or in part to regulations imposed by the State regarding the nature or quality of materials used
Skult Warranty Terms
All products purchased from Skult are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser during the warranty period.
Important Limitations:
Except for the warranties set forth herein, Skult disclaims all other warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All implied warranties imposed by applicable law are limited to the terms of this limited warranty.
Skult shall not be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages. Repair, replacement, or refund under Skult services is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty. If Skult becomes liable to you for damages, liability shall be limited to the amount equal to the purchase price.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.
1. Duration of Warranty
All Skult products have at least a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If proof of purchase cannot be presented upon request, Skult cannot be held responsible for warranty service.
2. Who is Protected
The original customer who purchases the Skult product is covered by the warranty.
3. What is Covered and What is Not
Our warranty is not unconditional. The program does not cover:
- Any damage not related to manufacturing defects
- Any unsuitable environment or use of the product
- Any product modified without official authorization from Skult, or on which the serial number or warranty sticker has been defaced, altered, or removed
- Damage or deterioration from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
