Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will have been processed and we may not be able to accommodate changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We offer Premium Expedited & Insured Shipping for faster delivery. This service prioritizes your order processing and includes insurance against damage or loss during transit.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times vary depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.
What if my package is delayed?
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we offer store credit instead of cash refunds. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our site.
Can I exchange my item?
During BOGO promotions, exchanges are not available through our standard return process. However, please contact us and we'll be happy to offer you a special price on an additional purchase.
What items cannot be returned?
Custom, personalized, bulk orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns as they are made to your specifications.
